Slow cooked recipes

At Mas de Pellejo we have a lunch and dinner service that we prepare in our own kitchen, and we serve in the main dining room.

 

We also have a "Picnic" service, to take away, which will allow you to enjoy recipes adapted to taste them in the middle of nature.

 

We make all our menus with seasonal products, including, whenever possible, vegetables from our organic garden, eggs collected on the day from our hens lay, fruits from the trees on the estate itself, and local products purchased at the establishments of the towns nearby.

 

We prepare all our recipes following the traditional gastronomy of the area, over a low heat, and if possible, in a wood oven, to recover the flavours and aromas lifelong.
